In traditional acupressure practices, the Hegu or LI-4 point is commonly associated with supporting relaxation and easing everyday tension. Modern wellness approaches use gentle pressure at this point as part of a personal comfort routine.
By applying gentle pressure with the 4BrainPain Acupressure device at the Hegu point as part of a wellness routine, users can incorporate acupressure into their daily self-care practice.
Whether you are new to acupressure or looking for daily wellness support, this easy-to-use device offers a simple way to incorporate acupressure into your routine.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not use this device during pregnancy, as stimulation of LI-4 is traditionally believed to promote uterine contractions during pregnancy.
